Invoices in the spotlight
Efficient invoice control thanks to add-on
The new Invoice Control add-on in SEQUELLO turns checking and reconciling purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices into a breeze. Our web application allows you to quickly identify discrepancies and contact suppliers directly with accurate comments. With just one click, you can confirm all items and complete invoice control in a flash. A new role is available in the user administration for managing and processing invoices.
Seamless document chain for all users
Thanks to the latest update, all SEQUELLO users benefit from a continuous document chain that is mapped in SEQUELLO from the order to the invoice. To better meet the individual needs of our users, we have implemented the option to enable invoice receipt via email.
Updates in the Field App and on the Platform
New calendar view and mass downloads
For an easier handling of SEQUELLO in the daily construction routine, we have revised the calendar overviews to find the desired information faster. Another convenience is the new mass download of PDF files (delivery bills and invoices).
Document history
In the Field App it is possible to track the change history on document levels. Thus, it is possible to track at any time who, when, made which change to the document. If questions arise, the person can simply be contacted and the processing of the issue accelerated.
Automated data maintenance for construction site master data
SEQUELLO now offers the possibility of automatic data synchronization if a corresponding connection to third-party systems is available. Construction companies can thus create construction projects in SEQUELLO and transmit this information directly to the supplier, where it can be processed seamlessly.
Simma compatibility
With the new release, SEQUELLO is compatible with Simma API version 1.86. Below that, SEQUELLO supports API versions 1.80, 1.82 and 1.84 by default.
