What awaits you
As a Product Manager (m/w/d), you will strengthen the Lead Product Management Team in the elicitation of requirements and the conception of logistics processes in the construction industry and be significantly involved in the further development of our SaaS platform. You will have a lot of creative freedom and the chance to contribute and expand your skills.
Your tasks
- Analysis and improvement of existing processes and features of the platform.
- Design of processes for asphalt and cement.
- Design of functionalities for construction documentation and quality assurance.
- Close cooperation with the partner management and the development team in the course of designing new features and services.
- Creation of requirement analyses and solution concepts based on customer requests and developments on the market.
Your profile
- Personality: You maintain open communication, you know how to move around a construction site and the desire to rethink “old” processes accompanies you every day.
- Work style: You are experienced in analysing existing processes and deriving possibilities for improvement from them. You combine creativity with a process- and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience and Know-How: You are familiar with the challenges in construction operations and/or procurement processes from ordering to delivery and documentation have repeatedly given you ideas for improvement. Initial experience in process management is an advantage in this role.
- Education: You have completed a vocational secondary school (HTL, HAK, etc.) or even a university degree (FH/Uni) in the field of construction technology, business administration, or similar.
- Languages: You contribute yourself and your ideas with very good German and English.

- An annual gross minimum salary starting at 44,660 EUR. The actual salary depends on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
