What awaits you

As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be in direct contact with our customers. For new customers, you will prepare the connection to our system and create the onboarding timeline in cooperation with the development team. You will advise and train existing customers so that they can fully exploit the possibilities of our solution.

Your tasks

  • You will work with the customer to develop the IT-relevant requirements for the connection to our platform.
  • During the onboarding process, you keep an eye on the implementation timings and ensure that they are implemented on time.
  • Your professional support turns our partners into Brand Ambassadors
  • You acquire expert knowledge about our product and use it to advise and train our customers.
  • You record your knowledge and experience in our CRM (Hubspot) and inform the developers when you have discovered opportunities to improve our solution.
  • You work closely with other teams (sales, marketing, product management).

Your profile

  • Personality: you are a service-oriented personality and you find it easy to form and develop customer relationships.
  • Work style: As a team player, you actively contribute to the work environment. You impress with your independent and structured way of working. It is easy for you to reconcile the interests of different stakeholders.
  • Experience and know-how: You have experience in customer support and onboarding, ideally in the software environment. You are adept at using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.). Experience in the construction industry and project management is also advantageous.
  • Education: You have successfully completed your commercial or technical education (Matura level or higher).
  • Languages: You contribute yourself and your ideas with very good German and English.
